Baking Class in NYC: Macaron and Croissant Making En Français at Mille-Feuille Bakery, Hosted by JP Linguistics

As the holidays approach and our schedules quickly become full with events and parties to celebrate the season, wouldn’t it be fun to learn a few skills that you can use to host your own holiday gathering? Well the folks at Mille-Feuille Bakery in NYC’s NoHo neighborhood in collaboration with JP Linguistics have just the thing for you.

Together, they are hosting a series of macaron and croissant making classes, taught entirely in French through December. The three-hour immersive language and cooking course starts with a one-hour language lesson, catered for those at an intermediate level, followed by a two-hour baking lesson of your choice.

You may view the full schedule of classes here. Each class is $185, and students walk away with a box full of their baked goodies upon completion of the course. Definitely a great skill to be the host or hostess of the season!
