The man behind the “Homies” and “Ballin'” tees, Brian Lichtenberg, hosted his Spring/Summer 2014 presentation on Friday, September 6th at Pier 59 in NYC. Held in a sun-filled studio overlooking the Hudson River, the presentation hosted looks for both women and men, taking inspiration from the 90’s in the usage of ripped denim and graffiti printed textiles, along with the vampy disco era in the usage of furs, slim leather garments, and plunging necklines.

The color palette was simple yet bold, focusing on scarlet, black, sky blue, and stark white. Materials juxtaposed the natural and luxe, featuring cottons, silks, smooth leathers, and luxurious furs. The diverse collection had a bit of something for everyone, showcasing looks that can easily transition from day tonight. I enjoyed the versatility and mix and match nature of the pieces.

The man behind the brand mingled with guests throughout the presentation, which included a slew of journalists, bloggers, and photographers. Special guests included Perez Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Bridget Kelly, Melo-X, and many more.
