What I’m Listening To: “Hazy Nights In The Heights” Frankie P.

The wait is over. “Hazy Nights in the Heights” is available for public consumption throughout the interwebs. I am super proud of my homie, Frankie P. He put a lot of work into it, and it shows. It’s very seldom that we see such production from members of Generation Y, so I call it “sounds of an old soul”. There is very strong jazz influence on this effort, which must be highlighted, as the syncropation is very well thought out. It takes you on a sonic journey through the Heights; the kids playing in the streets, sirens, cars passing, etc. Take a listen below and feel free to download. You will not be dissappointed!

Along with the album, here is the music video for title track, “Hazy Nights in the Heights” featuring Audubon.
